I am programmer, I am new to Adobe Professional.
I have multi-page PDF. I want to shift one section from page 1 to page 2. Before doing this I want to shift all the fields of page 2 to down. Page 2 is very heavy. I can do this using "Touch Up Object Tool" but it is bit difficult as few fields remains unselected while doing this. As a result the entire layout gets disturbed.

Is there any other way round to do this?

For shifting one section to another (if you're talking about the background text) re-edit the file in the original authoring program and use the Document > Replace Pages command to replace the old pages with the new edited pages. For selecting all fields, click the TouchUp Object tool and press Ctrl (Win) or Command (Mac) + A to select All. You can cut and paste or drag all selected fields to a new position.
