I have for example 3 windows for pdf documents. When i run a long task on first document (for example, OCR recognition) other one's are inaccesible. Can I solve this problem?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8.1.2, Windows

In the Acrobat preferences, do you have the following preference selected:
Edit --> Preferences --> Documents panel
"Show each document in its own window"

I've lready have this option checked and my documents appear in a really different windows but in Task Manager i see only one instance of Acrobat, so that is why i think that documents didn't divided at all.

You're correct, it's not multi-threading. If you want to start another instance of Acrobat you can try the unsupported command line switch of acrobat.exe /n.
