Can I disable Scrolling in Acrobat? Can a JaveScript be written to do this?

I want to create a presentation where I control the navigation with out the user being able to scroll through the pages.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 8.1.2, Windows

No. JavaScript can only intercept keys for form fields and can not intercept certain control keys like enter, tap, pageup, pagedown, home, end, cursor keys, etc.
