Hi,
I'm a Student trying to implement my own PDF viewer in Delphi as my project... I need some information as which API can i use for handling "cm" and "Tm" entries in a PDf content stream. Thinking of using "SetWorldTransform" and "ModifyWorldTransform"
but i'm not getting the desired output...Any thoughts to help me.....
