No recentering upon window resizing bug in Acrobat 8 under Windows 7

Hi,

I am running Acrobat 8 under Windows 7. The problem is that when I resize the Acrobat 8 window, Acrobat does not recenter the document page. If I hit F8, or use the split-screen bar, it recenters it.

Does anybody know of a fix for this problem? I thought Acrobat would have released a patch for this long time ago, but looks like it's not a widely experienced problem. I have been Googling this issue, and could not find any hits (am I the only one having the following issue?).

Thanks.

PS: Actually am running 8.2.0, but there's no such option in the forum's pull-down menus yet.

Hi,
Adobe has identified that Adobe Reader/Acrobat 9.2 was tested and is supported for Windows 7.
Earlier versions may install and provide some functionality but were not tested and are not supported.

So, if in Win 7 => need to be in Acrobat/Adobe Reader 9.2Be well...

Be well...

Well, I already figured that out, but I do not have the funds for v9! What makes me mad is that Adobe is not properly supporting just ONE version before the latest, essentially FORCING people to buy the new version, without the option to skip a version which I do for expensive software. Unfortunately, this is common practice among software developers.

Frankly, they still keep releasing patches for v8, but looks like only focusing on "critical security updates" and probably not fixing this issue deliberately.
