Noob Problem: Where are my menus?!

This is a very basic question but I can't figure it out... I did something in Acrobat 8 pro and my menus (File, Edit, Document, etc...) have disappeared. I have searched all over the place and can't find an answer on how to get them back. Please help!!!

Acrobat Standard 8.1.2, Windows

Try pressing the "F9" key, it toogles the menu bar display.
