Whilst this is possible if you print using the 'Multiple Pages' option (2 Horizontal) and use the 'Adobe PDF Printer' then I would only recommend if you understand what could go wrong.
If you 'print' to the 'Adobe PDF' printer then all content gets converted back to old postscript before the *new* PDF is created. This *re-fry* can cause some incorrect transformation of content. In other words, certain content such as PDF Layers, links, bookmarks and colour space might get converted in the conversion process. So whilst do-able - be careful using this option. I would recommend executing a preflight on the content both before and after the *new* PDF has been created.
Hope this does help?
Kind regards,
Jon
I've been using Acrobat since v1.0 and still get amazed by its power. An Acrobat ACE since 1999
