opening email attachments

When I try to open an adobe acrobat email attachment in Microsoft outlook, I can not open the attachment. A message comes on the screen saying This Action is only valid for products that are currently installed. What setting can I change to open the attachments directly from outlook?

You need to have an Acrobat viewer installed on your computer. If Adobe Reader or Acrobat is installed, opening a PDF file attachment should open in the viewer.
