Opening a retaining a PDF file for form received via the internet.

When opening a file on the internet, I get the error "runtime to terminate is in an unusual way" the file will then close. Even when I save the file to a PDF, if it has been received via the internet, I have the error. However, I can create a PDF file and it does not happen. Please advise how to fix.

Check the folder options in MS Windows and make sure files with a .pdf extension are being opened with Acrobat or Reader. Also check your browser setting to make sure the necessary browser add on's are enabled.
