Acrobat 8.0 Standard, Windows XP, Outlook 2003 w/Exchange 5.5
User receives message "Operation Failed" when attempting to use File->Attach to Email. From all that I have read, this is *maybe* a known bug. Can anyone confirm? If so, does 8.1+ fix it? Are there any fixes for 8.0 for this particular annoyance?

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Select Tools > Email Accounts.
3. Select "View or change existing email account".
4.Click Next and select Email Account.
5. Click Change.
6. Select “Use cached exchange mode”.
7. Click Next and then click Finish.
