I am new to Acrobat; my batch process utilizes “crop” and “watermarks” to accomplish my task. I have hundreds of multi-page PDF documents which will go thru this batch process. The question I have is how do I override the dialog boxes (OK button) that appear during the batch process?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.9, Macintosh

Hi --

Open your batch process settings, and check how you have defined both the crop and watermarks functions. It sounds like you have asked to have the process confirmed. Change to an automatic process and you should be good to go.

Thanks for your idea,
This sounds like the perfect solution but I don’t see any “automatic process” or reference to this type of action in batch process or application preference.
Could this be a windows only type confirmation?
