package view problem

We are running adobe acrobat standard 8 on a number of computers. All computers are configured essentially the same. On one computer only, when a person opens a PDF package created from emails he cannot immediately see the other emails within the package. He has "top view" selected but it does not work with either top view or side view. It is as if the view is minimised. I cannot see anything set differently on this setup to others that work fine. Any suggestions?

Hi louisejackson,

Under the Options tab for the PDF package select Package Properties and make sure that the Initial View is not set to minimized.

Hope this helps,
Lori

Hi Lori,
Thanks for your reply, but no this does not solve the problem. Where I have said..."He has "top view" selected but it does not work with either top view or side view."... I should have been clearer and said that under the options tab for the PDF package, under package properties He has "top view" selected. It does not work with either top view or side view selected as I have tried both options. I do not know where else to go to try and change his view. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
