Page Numbering Each Section

What is the best way with adobe acrobat to re-number each section. IE...Lets say the book has seven different sections with each one having a cover page, and the pages need to be number 1-(MaxPage);

Welcome Page - No Page Number

Section 1 Header Page - No Page Number
First Page Section One - Page 1
Second Page Section One - Page 2
Third Page Section One - Page 3

Section 2 Header Page - No Page Number
First Page Section Two - Page 1
Second Page Section Two - Page 2
Third Page Section Two - Page 3

Etc....

You'll need to properly tag your document in the authoring application. These tags will be used as bookmarks in your PDF. Convert the doc to PDF and use this tip provided by Steffen Carmeron. Here's the link to his Table of Content tutorial.
