Unable to open Page Tab to view thumbnails. Using Acrobat 6.0.6 Pro on Mac. Clicking on the tab shows a box around the tab without opening it. Same when each tab is clicked. Only Comments Tab opens and seems to work. Please advise how to access the Page Tab and Thumbnails. Thank you.

Acrobat Pro 6.0.6, Macintosh

What OS are you using?

Mac OS 10.4.10
I'm not sure when the <> function stopped however it was working. Reloading the software from the original disk revealed the same problems-no thumbnail or ability to open PAGE tab. Also tried pulling down the menu and clicking on PAGE. Nothing. Checked the PREFERENCES and unable to see anything related to the PAGE tab.

You might try to re-create your Preferences, log-in as Administrator (if you're not already), or create a new user profile to see if this corrects the problem. Here is a link to the details on how to do this:

Thank you. Problem solved. Deleting the Preference files was the answer ;-)
