I use Adobe Acrobat 7.0 standard. After I have ccreated a PDF file how do can I make changes to it? The next question, is it possible to convert a PDF file to a Power Point slide?

make any changes before you create the PDF is the best advice here. For editing options in Acrobat go to help>complete Acrobat help and check the editing PDF's chapter.Save the PDF as an image and place this in a powerpoint document. Or set Acrobat to full-screen and use acrobat as a presentation tool.
