How do a format a 140-page document to "fit page" so the reader doesn't have to scroll down or zoom in? I am working with Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0

My Product Information:

Use the Initial View setup. Press Control/Command + D to open the Document Properties and click the Initial View tab. In the Initial View pane in the Document Properties panel you can make choices for default views. When the file is saved, the view you assign to the document overrides the user's Page Display preferences.
