pdf to jpeg conversion problem

My pdf file contains 5 pages. When I converted it to jpeg format, it saved each page as a separate jpeg file. Why? I need all 5 pages in one jpeg. Can anyone advise on how to correct this? Thanks.

there is no such thing as a multi-page JPEG. you can create a multi-page TIF document. if you have MS Office Pro, you can print your multi-page PDF to Microsoft office document imaging. (find MODI in Office Tools group on MS office program menu.)
