Something like this may help.
Make your bookmark (e.g., "A link")
Right click this new bookmark to open the context menu.
Select "Properties" > Select the "Actions" tab in the Bookmark Properties dialog.
If, in the "Actions" pane, there is an action you do not want; select and delete it.
In the "Add an Action" page, from the dropdown menu for "Select Action" pick "Go to a page view".
(3rd from top of list)
Click "Add..."
The "Create Go to View" dialog presents itself.
Using Acrobat, Open your target file.
As the dialog prompts, setup the view you want in the target PDF file (that is now open).
When this is done, in the "Create Go to View" dialog, click on the "Set Link" button.
Back in the "Bookmark Properties" dialog now.
So, click on the "OK" button.
Save your the PDF that has the bookmark "A link".
Click the bookmark to check the link.
