PDF showing blank page

Recently I am receiving some pdf file which when I open in PDF 8.0 reader, it shows blank page. But some other can able to open and see the content as they deamad. I saw that, it was prepared in Acrobat 8.1.0. How can I able to see the content?

Is this when you view a PDF in your browser? If so, this may be due to having multiple versions of Acrobat and/or Reader installed on your system. No, I am trying to open it in Desktop. I have tried in PDF Reader 5.0 to 9.0 but no luck. In only one PC it shows the contents. Is it some PC related issues? We are really concern about it because now all the pdf files we are receiving from one sources fails to show the contents. Is there any way, I can send you the pdf files?
