Hi there
I have Adobe 8.1.4 on my computer with Windows 7 64bit and the thumbnails are all blank. I have no problems with the scanner and if I click on the blank thumbnails the document opens up. I have updated all my drivers with no result. Does anyone have any ideas for me please.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 8.1.4, Windows

Acrobat / Reader 8 is not compatible with Windows 7 - you should upgrade to Acrobat / Reader X, though thumbnail display in the 64-bit version of Windows 7 is not fully supported by Acrobat X, it works to a greater extent with Reader X.

Thanks for the reply, I solved the problem by downloading PDF-Xchange viewer which is a 64bit program as well.

Our commercial PSD codec will generate thumbnails for PDF files on 64 bit Windows 7 using the embedded XMP thumbnail or using Adobe Reader X if an embedded thubmnail is not found in the file.
