PDF won't print

we recieved a pdf drawing of a part we will machine. we added some stamps and circle objects that we use to number dimensions on the print. my problem is that the pdf will not print the stamp or circle objects. i get an informations window that says "There were no pages selected to print". there is only one page and i have checked all the setting in my print dialoge window.
 
any ideas?

Hi Daniel,

Just to clarify, in the Print Dialog is "Document and Markups" or "Document and Stamps" in the drop down labeled Comments and Forms selected?
