I am new to Acrobat. When I select to export a PDF document, there is an option to export to "PDF/X", "PDF/A", AND "PDF/E" options. What does this mean?
They are ISO Standards for subsets of PDF. . PDF/X : PDF for Exchange (getting graphics and text spot on for a production run of magazines, etc) PDF/A: PDF for Archive (providing a file format that a University student can access for History 101 in the year 2121) PDF/E: PDF for Engineering . .
