I use acrobat to show excerpts of documents on my website. These pdfs seem to open very slowly, and I wonder if there is anything I can do to (a) make them open faster, and (b) make the files smaller. See, for example, [link=http://www.leasingprofessional.com/real-estate-purchase-agreements-pdf/12125-purchase-agreement-for-large-single-user-tenant-to-acquire-the-building-it-occupies-located-on-a-ground-leased-parcel.pdf]http://www.leasingprofessional.com/real-estate-purchase-agreements-pdf/12125-purchase-agreement-for-large-single-user-tenant-to-acquire-the-building-it-occupies-located-on-a-ground-leased-parcel.pdf[/link]
Also, is there anything I can do to make the PDFs look more glamorous when they are opened online?
Thanks for any suggestions you might have.

There's nothing wrong with the PDF. It's no doubt related more to your connection speed and the server activity. Something may be awry but it's not the PDF.
