I have a client with an issue I can't seem to figure out. Any suggestions?

Whenever he opens a PDF (any pdf) and tries to physically print it, it prints in booklet format. I've never seen it do this and am unsure how to fix. Details below.

Dell Latitude E5500, Windows 7 Professional 32bit, less than 1 year old. Specs available if need be.

Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Standard, full version automatically installed by dell. No reader installed.

Print settings -- Fit to Printable Area, Auto-Rotate & Center checked.
Printer Settings -- Xerox Phaser 6360 -- 1 page per sheet, anything about booklets is turned off, all default options are choosen.

Today (12/13/10), uninstalled printer, reinstalled with updated xerox drivers. Same issue. Repaired Adobe installation, same issue. Uninstalled Adobe, reinstalled using factory cd. Same issue.

Suggestions?

Are there any settings selected if you go to File > Document Properties > Advanced Tab? Also, Acrobat 9.2 was the first version to officially support Windows 7 so I would recommend updating to at least that version.
