Print Bookmarks with Page Numbers as a Table of Contents

I'm using Acrobat X Pro, and have combined files into a PDF. Acrobat automatically created bookmarks which is cool. Now all I need to do is print the entire document with a table of contents. Can I get Acrobat to print the bookmarks and corresponding page numbers at the beginning of the document?

Sincerely,
John

I created a script that does just that. Have a look here:

Thanks, but I don't want to pay $75 for something that Acrobat should do.

I have chosen to use a workaround, which is to create the table of contents in Word, converting that to a pdf, combining with the other pdf's into a master pdf, and then editing the page numbers in the table of contents.

If I were a programmer at Adobe, I could write the code necessary to print the bookmarks and corresponding page numbers in about 2 lines of code.

Sincerely,
John
