Problem with bookmarks and cropping pages

Hi, I have two questions:

1) How can I change the icon of a bookmark in a PDF file?

2) When I crop pages in Acrobat Pro 7, the document somehow saves the margins and when I open Crop Pages dialog box (on the same cropped page), margins I have chosen remain instead of becoming "zero" for new cropped page. When I print this cropped page to a new PDF (by Distiller), Acrobat print the document on ORIGINAL page dimensions. can you help me?

I have two answers.

1. You can't change the bookmark icons. A lot of people have asked for this but it's just not something Adobe has put into Acrobat.

2. I think you are confusing page scaling with page cropping. Cropping is not so simple. A PDF page has several rectangles used to process/print the file. Take a look at this article, it explains some of this:

Acrobat does not provide a direct way to scale pages. Cropping slices out the portion of the page content to display. When you print, you're printing on the same size paper no matter how the page is cropped. If you want the cropped portion to scale to the printed page you have to select printing options to do it.
