When I add a watermark to my documents it defaults to "Appear on top of page". The watermark can be seen on screen, but when document is printed the watermark obscures text underneath it. When I change option to "Appear behind page" the watermark disappears and cannot be seen on screen nor when printed. I need to be able to see the watermark without blocking out text of document, especially when printed. What am I doing wrong?

I'm still having the same problem, even with opacity set to 100% - the text used for the watermark will only appear if I choose the Appear on Top of Page option. The original document was scanned in as a pdf, but I need the watermark text to appear behind page, so it doesn't obliterate the original document.

Thoughts anyone????
