Hi,

I have a user who when converting a word 2007 document into pdf using Acrobat V9.0 the email address hyperlink does not convert the text correctly ie. in the word document the Email address tracey [dot] higgs [at] xxxxxx [dot] org [dot] uk becomes [dot] higgs [at] xxxxxx [dot] org [dot] uk in the pdf. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this please ?

Thanks Chas

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.1.3, Windows

Chas, I'm on Windows XP Pro SP3 using Acrobat Pro 9.1.1 and Word 2007...I did not run into any problems when I ran some tests. A few things to check:

- Make sure there isn't a space between 'tracey' and the period
- Make sure Windows XP is patched to the latest service pack
- Make sure that your version of Acrobat has the latest patch installed

Hi SeattleUser,

Thanks for the response.

There are definately no spaces and the Tracey part of the string is completely missing from the converted text.

I will ensure the user has the latest updates to both XP and Acrobat and let you know if this solves the problem.
