Random Stopping of Presenter Animations in Acrobat 9 Pro Ext PDFs

I have created a PDF presentation using Acrobat 9 Pro Extended. I created animations in PowerPoint, and published using Presenter.

When my presentation is running, it randomly stops in the middle of an animation, and the user must click the forward/play button to continue the animation. Slides themselves advance as they are supposed to...It's just the animations that randomly stop.

Is there a setting somewhere that I need to adjust?

Thanks!

Is it truly a random effect, or are all the animations pausing? If they all are, maybe you have the "pause after animations" checkbox ticked in Presenter's publish to PDF settings menu.

If it's random, it'd help to know what the animations are that are causing the trouble.

(btw - despite Presenter being in the APEX bundle, it's strictly a part of the Connect Pro software family, so you may want to raise your problem at the connectusers.com forum)

Thanks for your response.
To answer your question, only some of the animations pause, and they do so randomly in the middle of an animation - not at the end.
I created the animations within PowerPoint, and they consist of caption bubbles fading in at different intervals.
The slides do contain sound, but not sound recorded with Presenter. I embedded audio files in the slides.

Thanks!
