I am using Acrobat Reader 7.0.8, when I click on a URL PDF link in Outlook 2003, Internet Explorers briefly opens and then closes. Now, it I have an internet explorer open already and then click on the URL PDF link, it works fine. Now, my account can not change the Internet explorer settings. Has anyone seen this before.
In Outlook: Click Tools, Trusted Publisher and make sure Adobe Systems Inc. is included as a Trusted Publisher. Also check the list of Add-ins. You should see PDFMOutlook listed for the PDFMOutlook.dll
In Internet Explorer: Click Tools, Manage Add-ons, click Enable or Disable Add-ons, make sure all Adobe Add-ons are enabled.
