I am having problems with the redaction function. I'm attempting to redact pieces of a scanned document. I have "Mark for Redaction" checked. I click and drag over the area I want to redact. It will usually work on the first thing I want to redact but then any area after that it doesn't mark the spot I click and drag on. Instead it creates a box at the bottom left corner of the page. I really like the redaction feature - if only I could get it to work correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
What you are describing sounds like a bug rather than a simple problem that can be solved with a different technique.
You could try saving the page after applying the first redaction to see if that will make a difference.
I'd also suggest that you choose Help > Repair Acrobat Installation to run the repair process. That may correct the issue.donna.
