Registry hack to associate .pdf to Reader 9

Hi,

After having had both Adobe Acrobat 7 and Acrobar Reader 9 on the same system, and then uninstalling Adobe Acrobat 7, my .pdf extension is lost and I cannot open a pdf file anymore by double-clicking on it. What registry entries do I need to do to restore this function? I'm running Windows XP SP2.

Thanks,

My Product Information:
Reader 9.0, Windows

None. You just need to Shift+right-click a PDF with, select "Open with", select Acrobat Reader 9, make sure you check "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" and click OK. That's it.
It's never a good idea to mess around with the Registry unless you know what you're doing.

Thanks for the reply, but I need the registry hack so I can distribute it to other users easily.
