Is there a way to remove the usage rights with the adobe reader?

I designed a form to be filled out by our receptionist, everything works great, but she noticed that a client made changes to the document. She uses the reader, not acrobat. I know that you can remove the rights with acrobat by saving a copy, but there does not seem to be a way to do this with the reader.

TIA

No. Reader does not allow the editing of the form and saving the modified form which would break the Extended Rights.

Thanks for the answer, but I am not looking to edit the document, just looking to fill in the form and then cancel the usage rights. The form needs to be filled in by us, and we would like to send a customer a copy in which the form data can not be changed. Has anyone ever maybe use a button to save a copy, that would work in the reader? I can't believe that the usage rights can't be turned off by the reader.

Anyone know of a third party program that will remove the usage rights? I really can't believe this is a problem. I understand that adding the rights is a job for the acrobat program, but removing the rights should be an easy task for the reader. I tried PDF converter professional, but a fillable form does not work correctly with that one.
