Renaming Properties

I used to be able to rename a document when I right clicked on the file, went to properties and chose the PDF tab. There were text boxes there that allowed me to rename the file. In the last week I have been unable to rename the document this way. We do this so that the file can be placed in a portal with the correct file name that I people to see. Do you know why this option would have disappeard?

What version of Acrobat is installed? Have you upgraded/updated that recently?
