When creating a link to another page in my pdf file using the link tool, I can not resize the link to the precise size that I need. It only resizes to preset size limits. I'm using Acrobat professional 9.3. I know in past version I was able to resize the link to whatever size I wanted.

Go to the View menu and tick off Snap To Grid.
