Help. Scanning with our Ricoh copier worked great with the twain driver until we had 9.2 update in our system.

I keep getting this error:

The instruction at Ox023a2e18" referenced memory at "0x23a2e18". The memory could not be "written". Click ok to terminate or Click cancel to debug.

All that happens is that the program closes.

Does anyone have an answer for what the problem is?

The same for me, and perhaps 20 other people. the 9.3 update has the same issue.
