I want to take some PDF documents, that contain pictures, drawings and words, and convert them to put them into the body of an email, I dont wish to send as attachments...
how can i do this?
I am an old guy..so please..tell me simply how to do this..many thank you's

You can export each page as a JPG and embed that in your email.
Go to File - Export - Image - JPEG in order to do it.

hmm..maybe I miss something..I open the PDF..clicked on file..but I dont have export..
..I have save a copy..attach to emaill..collaberate..properties..didtal editions..save as text..but no export..

You need to save the pages as Jpegs, and then build your email message. Saving pages as Jpegs is not part of the email function in Acrobat.

Excuse me, but saving the file as a jpeg still means that it (the jpeg) will have to be sent as an attachment, doesn't it?

That will depend upon your email format. SMTP, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, does not support the embeding of images or use o HTML, Hyper Text Markup Language.

Ah, okay. So he may have to change his email settings to include pictures in the the body of the email.
