I receive faxes as .pdf files from efax. I used to use "save as" and save the fax under a file name. Now, I do not have that option on numerous faxes. I have to print to the Acrobat Distiller to save the fax. Can you help?
If you have Acrobat installed, you should be able to save your files to the Adobe PDF Printer driver. Select Adobe PDF as your printer and try saving your faxes.
