Save as jpeg issue

Running Adobe Acrobat Standard 7.0.9 on Windows XP SP 2
When I attempt to use the save as function to convert the file to JPEG using the default settings the resulting JPEG is an entirely black image.
Suggestions?

Sounds like your PDF to JPEG may have gotten messed up. Try resetting back to the Defaults. They're located under Edit --> Preferences --> Convert from PDF category. Select JPEG and click the Edit Settings .. button.
