Can you print multiple pages at one time but save them as individual pages (documents)?

You can't print pages that are saved to a file unless you print to file and then redistill the PostScript to create new PDFs (this is not recommended in most cases).

If you want duplicate pages, you can open the Pages panel and click + Ctrl (Win)/Option (Mac) and drag in the panel to duplicate pages.

You can open the Pages pane by dragging the separator bar all the way to the right side of your Acrobat window to create a sort of slide sorter view and manage pages.
