All-
When I use Acrobat 7 to save a PDF file (originally created with FrameMaker "Save as - PDF") to a Word document, the result is a Word file with only a smattering of text from the original PDF, sauch as a few chapter titles and top-level headers. No detail text or graphics. (The conversion is almost instantaneous, so something is goofed up for sure.) Does anyone have an idea as to what might be going on here?
Thanks.

BTW, acrobatusers looks pretty cool. I just joined.
The result of Exporting to Word can be somewhat spotty from Acrobat -- it is completely dependant on how the PDF was created and how complex the PDF is. Also, it helps if the original PDF is tagged (structured). My suggestion would be to convert to Word from the original FrameMaker file -- the results will be much better. If this isn't possible, try these suggestions from Donna at:
