Adobe Reader 8 - Scrolling wipes page clean. Prints blank. Seems to be an older PDF that we are trying to view but I have other older versions that may be viewed and printed OK.
It sounds like a problem with the actual file. Can you open it in Acrobat? Will it print?
If it prints without scrolling, I would recommend refreshing the Adobe Reader installation. Choose Help > Repair Adobe Reader Installation.donna.
