I have dual monitor, the secondary is portrait, I want Acrobat to remember to open all PDF files on the secondary monitor. Currently, the setting under Edit, Preferences, Full Screen is set as uncheck "this document only, and open in the monitor. Adobe Acrobat only open the first PDF in the secondary widows, all other PDFs will open in the primary monitor. Any idea?

This may have something to do with the removal of the Multiple Document Interface (MDI) support in Acrobat 9. You might try the following suggestion to collect all Acrobat windows into a single taskbar button which will also let you select the window you want to work with to see if it addresses your issue.
