Sign Document Dialog Box Problem

I want to sign documents using a digital signature. Although I can move the "Sign Document dialog box," I cannot resize it. The box is taller than my screen so I cannot fill in information below the "Reason" area and cannot hit the "Sign" button because it is hidden below the bottom of my screen. I am using Windows XP and do not know how to fix the problem.
