single page to multple pages conversion

I have a pdf document that contains content that is all contained on one single long page. So the page is quite long. I want to take that content and spread it over multiple pages instead of the single long one. How can this be done? without copy / paste into a new pdf?...thanks

Acrobat Pro 7.0.7, Windows

I would export the PDF to something like Word, then open up the Word file and make a new PDF.
