I've upgraded from 6.0 to 8.0 professional & the navigation is very slow. If it use the up/down page or up/down arrows or the scroll wheel the 1st press takes a while to respond, subsequent presses are ok until I leave foe a few seconds then the initial delay occurs again. Also if I move focus away & then back again, using Alt-Tab the screen take a while to refresh, but only for Acrobat. I'm running Windows XP SP2 2.80Ghz 512MB

Hi digisolve,

Sounds like your system meets the minimum requirements for Acrobat Pro. Are you running a 64-bit Windows version? If so, you'll need to upgrade to 8.1. You shouldn't be experiencing these difficulties so I would recommend reviewing the tips in our troubleshooting guide at:
