I have installed last Acrobat reader 10 version and "FontPack1000_ja_JP" on my laptop with Win Xp Professional Version 2002 with SP3.
Currently I cannot see correctly japanese characters and correct formatting.
I have tried to uninstall and install also older Acrobat version but no luck.
=> I have repeated the installation of Acrobat and font in another pc and file is displayed correctly.
=> If I install other pdf viewer software the same file is displayed correctly too.
=> If I copy the "Font" folders from a working pc to my laptop I cannot get succes.
In the past I was able to see the files in the same pc......
I believe that something wrong happen (perhaps at registry level) that does not link the downloaded font with the program.
Please, is there any way to make a "clean" install or to let Acrobat detect the correct characters?
