Text Box - Auto Insert

I often have to forward a PDF file onto another party and need to add a text box that contains the same text. I have to do this more than 20 times a day. I'm hoping there's a way to create the text box with text and then save it somewhere and then insert it into the PDF file when needed. Much like the auto-correct tool in Word. Would a custom stamp solve my problem? Any ideas?

create the text box (template) on a stand-alone (single page) pdf and save ("my-text-box.pdf"). since you will use it many time each day, you can leave the my-text-box.pdf minimized. open the out-going pdf and with the select tool copy/paste the text box from the my-text-box.pdf to the out-going pdf. (paste: edit>paste or crtl+V)

Using a few line of JavaScript you can add a menu item in Acrobat that automatically create and fill the field.
