Hi,

When I open PDF documents in firefox (I have Adobe Acrobat 8 installed on a WinXP SP2 box), I get a new window with a navigation panel (with thumbnails) on the left and approximately the left most 2/3 of my document on the right.

Instead, I would like the entire document and, this is the most important, no navigation panel.

How can I achieve this?

For the general solution, edit Acorbat/Reader preferences and set the default view. If the PDF is set to open with the page view, you would have to locally save the file and change the initial view property of the PDF.
