URGENT HELP NEEDED TO ENABLE RIGHTS

Hi guys new to this ok so go easy with me and explain slowly lol
I need to fill out a form but i cant write in the boxes when i went into tools to see if i need to check on anything it said i need to enable the documents rights please someone tell me how do i do this as i need to fill this form in today so that i can work

please help me here

Use Acrobat Standard, Professional, or Professional Extended to:

Advanced > Extend Features in Adobe ReaderBe well...

thanks but you are going to have to tell exactly what i do step by step if you dont mind.

i have looked for the word "extend" and i have not found it

if you can just tell me what tabs to click on that would be brill thanks

Hello again ,With Acrobat open, look to the menu bar which runs horizontally across the top of the application's window.
Click "Advanced" (3rd menu bar entry from the right).
A drop-down menu presents itself.

For Acrobat 9: Click on "Extend Features in Adobe Reader"
Then, follow the dialogs.

For Acrobat 8: Click on "Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader"
Then, follow the dialogs.
